“Sam’s Building.” Covington, KY:

I don’t quite understand it all yet—but apparently this business sold fireworks longer than it sold ice cream and candy. Then the owner served some time for selling the wrong kind of fireworks. It was covered by the local media, but this random blog post is far more fascinating.
