Looking Out The Left Side Of Train 624

Back in September of 2017, I got some inspiration from a fellow photographer. After I saw the images Wes had made while traveling on a California train, I went about my most accessible local equivalent of the moment: an express bus to the Cincinnati suburbs.

Now, nearly a decade later, I once again channeled that inspiration. Except, I was actually on a west coast train this time: Caltrain 624 from Millbrae to Sunnyvale.

Since 2007, the content of this website (and its former life as Queen City Discovery) has been a huge labor of love.
