Hara Arena
Just outside of Dayton, Ohio, people had the opportunity to bid their final goodbye to a place of memories and spectacle. Taking in an event at Hara Arena was a collective experience shared among many. As it prepared to close its doors, the the world lost one more classic hockey barn.

An Update on the "Dayton Executive Hotel"
The Dayton Executive Hotel originally opened in 1962. Initially a 225-room hotel that offered a unique and upscale restaurant, the lodging establishment would delve into an eyesore just off the interstate. We explored it back in 2012, but thanks to my friend Mike, we have this update.

The Dayton Executive Hotel
I don't know if you could call these lobby stairs grand, but just like the "Grand Staircase" on Titanic, this one is also covered in water. It's hardly a welcoming site for guests at the lobby check-in, but any guests the Dayton Executive Hotel sees these days aren't of the "normal" variety.
