Jungle Jim’s Eastgate:

I grew up on the other side of town with the original Jungle Jim’s (+its monorail) and until this month I’d never been to the other location. I have been to both Key West and Havana, though—and while it’s debatable if the “Key West Havana Cigar Co.” facade feels authentic—I loved that the nearby, former Danbarry Dollar Savers Cinema is now a bar/family entertainment center.

And if you can confirm for me whether or not the Jungle Jim’s sign seen in the following picture is from the former “Cheeseburger in Paradise” restaurant that existed in this general area—I’d be grateful.

Also, I think these cars—like the monorail—came from Kings Island. Supposedly, they were once on display in front of the classic “Days of Thunder” motion simulator.
