A few quick photos made on the "Last Day of Summer" in 2017, wandering some tracks in my neighborhood after a run. Since these trains only seem to run and make copious amounts of noise in the middle of the night, you can get a pretty good look at their details and monikers in the early evening.
A Proposed Soccer Stadium, A Stalled Development, and a Question of How We Define What Exactly is "Cincinnati"
In June 2017, local soccer club FC Cincinnati announced it was considering three potential sites to build a stadium upon. The thought of a team labeled as "Cincinnati" playing in Kentucky has drawn perhaps the strongest reactions on both sides of the argument and river.

The Wasson Way
If you drive into Cincinnati from the west side and look out over the sprawling network of railroad tracks, industrial cargo and airport-like control tower that watches over the massive rail yard, it's hard to imagine that any railroad in the city would go unused.
